The mailing list

When you join the list, the only thing collected is your email address, plus which form you used (for example, the print club waitlist). It is stored in the Migumind store's customer list on Shopify, and used only to email you about drops, the print club, events and new work.

Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also ask for your address to be removed entirely through the contact page.

The store

Orders, payments and print club memberships are handled by Shopify atshop.migumind.com. Card details go to Shopify's payment processing and are never seen or stored by this website. Shopify's own privacy policy covers what it processes.

This website

This site does not use analytics or advertising trackers. It is hosted on GitHub Pages, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security. Fonts load from Google Fonts and images and music from Sanity, which see your IP address the way any web request does. Your browser stores a couple of small preferences locally, like your colour theme and whether you've closed the signup popup. They never leave your device.

Drawings and reactions

Drawings sent from the contact page arrive as a link in your email. One only appears in the community gallery if you've said it's OK, credited the way you choose, or with no name at all. Ask through the contact page and it comes down.

Emoji reactions are counted without accounts. To stop the same person reacting twice, the count keeps a scrambled one-way fingerprint (a salted hash) of your IP address, never the address itself.
