Cross section of the mind, here MIGU illustrates the elements that make up his psyche. Coming from a background in electrical engineering, he has a large basis of physics & technology to empower his understanding and desire for a impact on the world (left brain). This is paired with a deep love for music and mindless flow state (right brain). He tries to make unison of this life of structure and to the faithful freedom in our universe. He also makes an ode to New York, a major birthplace of hip-hop, art & dance that have traversed the American colonial impacts in the Philippines. Counter intuitively, with recent traditional filipino revival movements he incorporates pre-colonial filipino tattooing techniques and patterns displayed in the blueprint esque midnight black, and Babayin (Tagalog script).
